DementiaCareOS
DementiaCareOS is a daily record for someone caring at home for a person with dementia. It tracks the person you care for: behaviour and mood, the late afternoon, sleep, eating, medication and appointments. Built to sit alongside the memory clinic and the GP, not to replace them.
Direct, no marketplace fee. A matching mini-planner is offered at checkout.

WHAT YOU GET
- Behaviour Log - Which behaviours showed up today, how hard they were, and roughly when. The pattern over weeks is what the memory clinic asks for and what memory alone cannot give you.
- Late Afternoon - Minutes between four o'clock and bedtime when they were unsettled. Minutes are easier to compare week to week than "a bad evening".
- Sleep & Eating - Their hours of sleep, night waking, meals eaten and drinks taken. Poor intake and broken nights sit behind a lot of difficult days, and both are easy to lose track of.
- Appointments & Care - Memory clinic, GP, social services, carers, respite. One list with dates and names, so you are not searching a phone for a number at the worst possible moment.
- Medications - What they take, when, and what you noticed. Tick them off as they are given. Never change or stop one without the prescriber.
- Works fully offline. Nothing leaves your device. JSON export and import.
