GERDTrackerOS
GERDTrackerOS is an evidence-gathering planner for people working out which foods set their reflux off. Every meal gets a clock time and a set of tags, every day gets a symptom-minutes number, and the endoscopies, pH studies and gastroenterology appointments sit in the same file as the food.
Direct, no marketplace fee. A matching mini-planner is offered at checkout.

WHAT YOU GET
- Meal Log - One entry per meal, with the time and the tags. Tag what was in it before you know whether anything followed, because a tag chosen after the burning starts is a tag chosen by the burning.
- Symptom Minutes - Total minutes of burning, regurgitation or throat symptoms in the two hours after your meals. Add the day up in the evening.
- Tests & Visits - Endoscopies, pH studies, biopsy results and the appointments around them. The date, the clinic, the status, and what came back.
- Medications - What you take and when you took it. A trigger log is hard to read if the acid medication changed halfway through it and nobody wrote down the date.
- Works fully offline. Nothing leaves your device. JSON export and import.
