GutHealOS
GutHealOS is a personal planner for a gut-repair phase: after a course of antibiotics, after SIBO treatment, or on a plan a gastroenterologist or dietitian has set. It records what you are trying, what you ate, and what followed, one phase at a time. The plan itself comes from your practitioner.
Direct, no marketplace fee. A matching mini-planner is offered at checkout.

WHAT YOU GET
- Symptom Score - One number for the whole gut, once a day. It is the line that shows whether a phase moved anything.
- Daily Inputs - Plant species, fermented servings, water, sleep and stress. Four you can move, and one that explains why a week went sideways.
- Phase Foods - What you ate, and whether it was on the list you are working from. Tag the meal, not the day, so a reaction has something to point at.
- Tests & Visits - Stool tests, breath tests, bloods, and the appointments around them. A phase reads better when you know which week the sample was taken in.
- Meds & Supplements - Prescriptions, probiotics, digestive supports and everything else you take. Tick them off daily, and leave changes to whoever prescribed them.
- Works fully offline. Nothing leaves your device. JSON export and import.
