A vanilla SVG 30-day trend graph plots three lines - sys, dia, HR - so you can see week-over-week direction at a glance. A DASH meal planner with a 1500 mg / 2300 mg sodium budget toggle, daily sodium running total, and 12 DASH-friendly recipe cards (oats with berries, lentil soup, salmon greens plate, chicken quinoa bowl, baked sweet potato, Mediterranean salad, veggie stir-fry, beans and rice, banana yogurt parfait, hummus veggie wrap, baked cod with herbs, white bean tomato stew).
