PsoriasisOS
PsoriasisOS is a personal tracking planner for plaque psoriasis: where the plaques are, your own estimate of how much skin is involved, the appointments and the phototherapy course, and the treatments. It sits alongside dermatology care, not in place of it.
Direct, no marketplace fee. A matching mini-planner is offered at checkout.

WHAT YOU GET
- Plaque Map - Where the plaques are, how thick the scale is, and whether the skin is cracked. Sites change slowly, which is exactly why a map beats memory.
- Coverage - Your own rough estimate of how much skin is involved, as a percentage. It is a self-estimate, not a PASI and not a measurement anyone took.
- Appointments - Dermatology reviews, blood tests, biologic doses and the phototherapy course. One list, so the count is yours and not only the clinic's.
- Treatments - Topicals, systemics, biologics and supplements. Tick them off daily, and leave any change to the plan with your dermatologist.
- Works fully offline. Nothing leaves your device. JSON export and import.
