AutoimmuneOS
AutoimmuneOS is a personal tracking planner for people living with an autoimmune condition, with more than one, or with a set of symptoms that has not been named yet.
Direct, no marketplace fee. A matching mini-planner is offered at checkout.
- Single offline HTML file
- No subscription, no account
- Laptop, iPhone & Android
- Your data stays on your device
It does not assume which condition you have: it tracks the symptoms autoimmune conditions share, what tends to come before a flare, and the specialists who each hold one part of your care.
WHAT YOU GET
- Symptom Log - The symptoms most autoimmune conditions share, rated day by day. Which ones move together is the part worth having in writing.
- Flare Score - One number for how much the condition ran the day, from 0 to 10. The shape over weeks is the point, not any single day.
- Triggers - What you ate or ran into, when, and what followed over the next two days. A suspicion only becomes a pattern after three weeks of entries.
- Care Team - Autoimmune care is split across specialists who rarely speak to each other. This is the one list that holds all of them, with what was asked for and what came back.
- Medications - Immune-suppressing drugs, biologics, steroids, hormone replacement and supplements. Tick them off daily, and leave every change to the doctor who prescribed it.
- Works fully offline. Nothing leaves your device. JSON export and import.
