Habit stacks let you chain 3-step micro-habits (e.g. coffee triggers vitamins triggers 5-minute stretch) so new behaviors anchor onto existing ones. A day-of-week skip-pattern detector flags which day you are quietly losing the war on (most people: Friday). A units toggle handles lb / kg and in / cm. A daily note textarea catches mood, sleep quality, soreness. A recent wins chip strip shows your last 7 successful check-ins for momentum. Keyboard shortcuts 1 through 7 toggle today's habits with one keystroke. Settings include profile, goal weight, JSON export and import, demo seed (14 days of sample data), and a double-confirm hard reset. Every input saves locally to your device. Nothing goes to a server.
